Any advice and insights on the two organisations and which will be a better choice to go for. This is for consultant position.

Don't know alot about Deloitte. SITE is considered to be the best of the best of ACN. I know McKinsey was hiring from SITE a year or so back.

This post is really misleading. SITE WAS a good group a couple of years ago but is now junk status. I dont know any decent SITE consultants. They are out in the market in droves. My advice stay out of SITE

Have to agree with anon. Many of the better SITE people joined Deloitte's TI practice.

Calling anything 'junk status' without a validating statement is futile to all involved.Common folks, give some real info.Back to the original q. SITE is still considered an elite group within Accenture. It's value is that it deals with some of the largest IT strategy clients. Deloitte is still a growing tech company - lagging in many respects. Key question to consider is - How can a firm who's senior execs are largely tax and finance people, give value to IT?Whereas Accenture has a good balance between business and IT, Deloitte still has some work to do - but I bet thats a challenge many managers are striving to get involved with.

How tough will it be to the job SITE does. is not rocket Sc. mostly process copy and paste and few implementation of operating models that has done over and over and over again.Dont think it will be any challenge for anyone to copy is just a matter of whether the client is willing to buy from you instead of the other firm
