I joined recently coming from a similar sort of situation. 1st round interview was the usual 'what have been your roles/experiences', 'what makes you think you can be a consultant'. if i'm honest about 60% was finding out about me (compentency based, as well as some technical based questions - just to make sure I wasn't blagging), whereas 40% was trying to establish if I realised exactly what consultancy was like (long hours, living away from home). ensure you know a bit about IBM too!2nd round was the standard psychometric testing (verbal/numerical), group exercise, another interview. no real surprises.
