Yes, it&apos;s possible. However, any recruiter is surely going to question your motives. After 10 years in IB, surely you have accumulated and are earning an absolute fortune? Why would you want to go from a job that pays megabucks to one where your clients often earn more than you do?

plenty of IBD people do it. oliver wyman pretty good, got a separate financial services consulting arm to their general consulting.
