Hi,all I can tell you is that Accenture uses sub-contractors.According to a well-known industry research company:Accenture, in addition to in-house workforce, makes use of subcontractors to execute contracts. Accenture has faced problems with subcontractors onsome of its major contracts e.g. Maximus ( subcontractor of Accenture for work on a Texas Healthand Human Services Commission program in 2006)

Yes, they do use contractors, although only if there is a specific skills gap on a particular project that can't be filled in-house. No idea how you would market yourself to them though (or why you would want to).
