I interviewed with them around 15 months ago for the same role and they said they were happy to meet my expectations of 20% on top of my (then) current salary, which would convert to around 60-65K. But there was no aspect of a Bonus, as far as I remember. In the end, I decided not to pursue after the first interview as I found their Recruitment process too casual, and a bit unprofessional (Changing dates at the last moment, the interviewer not being entirely sure what role/position I was being interviewed for, etc)
