Those figures are incorrect. Band 8 goes up to at least £65K.Agree about the bonus though. I was promised 12% when I joined and have never heard of anyone getting more than 6%.

I work for an agency that recruits for them. This is what they have sent me in the past:PRG7 - Senior Consultant 35,000-60,000 PRG8 - Managing Consultant 40,000-85,000

Entry level grad roles in strat or business dynamics start on £30,000. Are these roles you are discussing IT? The salary doesn't seem proportionate.

Entry level would be band 6 for a grad and band 7 for an MBA....and starting salary would be low to mid band.
