How old are you, what hours do you work, what is your total salary + bonus etc, how much travel do you do, and what do you think of the office politics and atmosphere?

Pay rises for M2 and M4 are generally in the range you suggest. Most are in the 6%-10% category. Once you reach the top of the salary band you either need to get promoted to Senior Manager or it will quickly become 2%. Deloitte is not renowned for being the greatest payer in the world, and bonuses are generally poor to average for the very tope performers and not good for the remainder. The main thing to do is get a good network through different bits of the firm and not just your own team and make sure you are known for non-project stuff like running the recruitment or training stuff for your team as well.

RE: Pay Rises at Proudfoot

Proudfoot profits up 15%, average salary increase 5%. The higher up you go as a consultant the less you get as the co mpany has no retention policy and wants to get rid of "expensive" experienced consultants...
