Hi Guys, I have just received an e-mail from a consultancy firm inviting me to a ‘ShadowMatch’ as part of their first round process (very threatening name!)...it looks like some sort of case study exercise online.I don't want to start it now without any prep.Has anyone been part of a ‘ShadowMatch’before? What should I expect?Any help would be great! Thanks!

They put two candidates in a room and tell them beat the crap out of each other. Last one standing goes through to the next round. A bit like ultime fighting.

Sorry - I looked at shadowmatch.net but only saw the log-in area - I totally missed the 'what is shadowmatch' link beneath - poor form me.Prefer the ultimate fighting concept though, would be a much more interesting recruitment process...Cheers.
