This is a deal. They are hard to push... and you gotta look into the bigger picture. I know an outstanding C1 on 42K, so do the maths urself... jus get in there and show that ur worth more.

They are not very hard to push. More than £50k is achievable - they may even agree to take you at C3 instead

Once they have offered u a C2 position, it is very hard to push them on that. However, if theres one thing u can push´em on its ur salary.. u gettin a sign-on?
