Having gone through the graduate recruitment process, albeit for a different practice and a while ago now (assuming you are going to assesment centre not 1 on 1 Partner Interview?). These are pretty broad tips and perhaps quite obvious, however:1) Case Study- Outline all of your thoughts on the case, to demonstrate breadth of understanding- Allow the interviewer to guide you into areas they are interested in / see as priorities. These will normally give you the opportunity to demonstrate the depth of your understanding.2) Group Exercise- Don't sacrifice demonstrating your analytical rigour and though process for a leadership role within the group- PA will not expect you to be an MC/Proect Manager when you join, they want to know you are a safe pair of hands but also have the ability to think logically, a bit outside the box and have ideas about how to take things further- Take the opportunity to present your results if you can and outline the next steps you would take if appropriate3) PA Approach- PA people do vary (much more than some other consulting firms) but tend to be reasonably pragmatic and like to see this in others- Being proactive is a key skill within PA in terms of getting on good projects, advancing your career. So illustrate how you have done this previously in any interviews.Good luck!
