Hello all, I have a final round interview coming up. I've prepared the best I can with regards to case studies, psychometric tests, blablabla. But how does one prepare for the interview with- dun dun dunnn- "the partner". Any different style or approach that I should take that's different from a 'normal' interviewer?

Also- what kinds of questions should I expect?

I don't think your approach should be any different: crack the case-studies, have good answers to the obvious CV questions, build rapport, and show relevant soft skills, as with all the other interviews.Questions I've had in the final round tended to be a bit tougher than 1st round, but not very different in style.
