Hey Guys, can someone tell me about their experience of the assessment centre at Deloitte. I am interviewing with them for the TI Consulting, so was wondering if some of the recent joiners or people who have gone through this exercise can give some inputs about the Case Study, the level of it, the written exercise and what kind of questions were asked in the partner interview? -MC

The case study will be something with respect to a client issue with various problems, it's pretty much up to you to determine what's most important and justify why, you'll have to prepare some slides on it. Written exercise is about preparing a synopsis to a board of why Deloitte should be involved as a partner in their project, basically it's a case of including stuff that strengthens your case and glossing over anything that will detract from it. As for the partner interview, in my one they talked about a client they were working with and how you could go about addressing their issues, plus standard questions about demonstrating teamwork, leadership, why Deloitte etc. HTH, but please don't create multiple posts in future, it really is unnecessary.

Hey Thanks a lot for your suggestions Anon.. Well I apologise for the multiple posts.. was just refreshing the page to check for any replies only to realise that my question was posted again! Anyway just to follow up on that, I have another question on the written exercise, what was the time that you got for it and was the synopsis based on the same Case u had the presentation or was it a different case all together. And if u don't mind me asking what was the experience like? Did you get an offer/Or are you working with them currently?
