About right except the pay is similar yrs 1 and 2. also, 90k+ would be someone approaching senior manager level and thus more like 8+ yrs exp.

Compare this to investment banking 1 yr exp: 60 - 80k2 yr exp: 65 - 85k3 yr exp: 85 -95k4 yr exp: 120k - 140k5 yr exp: 140-160k & bonus 10 yrs: 300k - 500kis there anything else to add?
