Hi,Could anyone who has worked at Accenture or visited one of their insight days please explain to me about the difference (in terms of daily activities, clients, focus on technical expertise ETC) between the graduate management consulting and analyst consulting streams? I applied to management consulting and have an interview coming up, and imagine they'll ask why I chose the area I did - essentially, I thought management consulting would require less technical knowledge and that the analyst route might hinder my future progression within MC, but I don't know if this is accurate?Thanks!

I think you are right in some ways with it being more technical but the difference is analyst consulting they stream you off into other areas like systems integration/supply chain/outsourcing whereas management consulting includes ACN strat I think.Therefore I think you are right with the analyst group hindering your progress because you have no/little choice where they stream you. It's all explained on the graduate website anyway.
