Most firms require you wait 1 year (until the next recruiting year) or until you can demonstrate a "significant change" in what you offer (skills, experience, etc.)Some firms do top-up graduate recruitment in spring and early summer if they haven't filled their quotas, but the majority of places (particularly for Tier 1 and 2 firms) are only released in the autumn milkround.Small and less well-known firms that do not follow a regular annual recruiting pattern may be more likely to advertise jobs in summer. My prediction is that the economy this year will hit those firms' graduate hiring most heavily though.
