HelloI have an Assessment Centre with Towers Perrin next week. Does anyone have any info? Anything at all would be appreciated. CheersJez

The team consists of around 45 people: a mix of HR and comms people. The work is mainly HR focussed with a limited number of projects facing off to other corporate functions.The team had a pretty aggressive growth strategy which seems to have only slowed recently (nothing bad, just new year).Hope this helps.

Hey !I have an assessment centre with Towers Perrin on thursday and I was wondering if you could tell me about yours ? What was the day like, what did you do and have you got any tips ? Any advice would me massively appreciated !
