I have a chance to take a new job after 18 months on my grad programme in a big consulting firm.The role is in the finance sector and with the propensity to hire and fire I&apos;m wondering if 18 months is enough experience to leverage a move back into consulting if it doesn&apos;t work out?

Anything more than a year can be leveraged. Try and get as much relevant experience and a qualification if you can e.g. Prince 2
