I am about to start a job as a consultant in January and would like some insight on what the day or week in the life of a operations consultant is like. There is also 100% travel. Anyone have any similar experiences? Thanks in advance!

Its demanding, but if you at a great location and the team is good it wont be as bad. however the traveling is extensive. Mon-Fri at Client site, weekends you're home, but its hard to be a family man if you spend 70hours working and trying to play catch when you home with family.
