Still nothing from OC&C since initial application, have they started interviewing yet?

I think so. Numerical and critical reasoning tests were about a month ago.

I heard back from them on 5th December and had numerical/critical thinking tests on Monday. I got an email saying I failed them yesterday. If you still haven't heard back from them I'd get on to them and chase it up. Maybe the "lost" your application i.e. didn't look at it. I heard (yes it's just hearsay) many firms have so many forms that they never read them all so reject alot straight-off and take random samples of ones to read. Maybe yours got lost this way. I don't know. Better check it out.

Has anyone received a positive response from OC&C after the Aptitude test on December 10th ?

I just heard this morning I have been invited to sit the numerical and critical reasoning tests for OC&C next week. I was just wondering if anyone who has done the tests can give some advice on what to expect and how hard they are compared to others!Thanks.
