Has anybody been through the second round (assessment centre) for an IBM IT Consultant graduate position? What sort of exercises are involved?Cheers.

Do you understand the principle to which I am referring? It will mean the difference between great success and utter failure at IBM. Do you get my drift? Yes?

anon,I assume u have attended IBM second round assessment centre early this year. Can u provide details of the group exercise and the communication exercise pls.Cheers
