I&apos;m starting in January as an Accenture Analyst graduate. Am I right in thinking I am just a basic analyst learning the core skills before I decide where I am to focus?Also has anyone gone into Management consulting (Human performance) from this beginning?Cheers

Yeah I suppose you could say that but you can definately specialize early (in HP) if you want to.Although you won&apos;t be alligned to HP from the start you can definately do these roles and there are always a few.Best of luck.
