I am going to get a job offer for a C1 (IT Consultant) role at Accenture. What salary should I expect, considering I got 4 years experience? Also, is the salary negotiable? And is new staff also part of the salary review in Sept?Any replies and tips would be much appreciated!

Probably in the region of about £67,000-£78,780. The salary is flexible depending on nationality and fit.ZB

£67,000 for a C1? Think again sunny. I think that is more of a C3/M1 salary!

I think 67K - 78K is not what I can expect I am afraid... well that´s the impression I got at least.I am hoping they will agree on 50K. Or give me a C2 role and around 55K... don´t know how negoitiable Accenture is?!

About a year ago was offered c£50k as a C2 and then c£55k as a C3. £50k for a C1 should be achievable now.

ZB . What is your issue? Why do you spend your time each and everyday posting incorrect and random answers to questions. is your life really so lacking that this bring you enjpoyment or are you just insecure and attention seeking

I have got an offer from ACN in the low 40k-range plus a small sign-on bonus. This is for a C1 position (not ATS).Any idea guys? Is this good? What should I expect? I have approx. 3.5 yrs experience.Starting in June 2008, when can i expect my salary / level to be reviewed/promoted?Thanks!

Push back - too low for a C1. They would have invested so much in the recruitment process, it is not worth the risk of losing you now for an extra £5k

43K with a 3K sign on bonus is fine. They won't offer you any more than that. I mean for pete's sake you have 3.5 years experience. There are so many people that want the job and Accenture hire all the time so dont expect them to be held to ransom cos you have been interviewed already.
