I'm normally a big supporter of EY on here. It gets a pretty bad rap that I think is mostly undeserved, and it seems to me that most of the posters who write about EY aren't speaking from a position of authority or insight -- so take what you read with a grain of salt. However, as a graduate, I would have to concur with the other posters on here. Deloitte is a much more established consultancy and will be able to offer you a wider experience that you'll find at EY. Moreover, their graduate programme is well-defined and you'll definitely get some good experience. Both firms are good firms, though, and both will look excellent on your CV and will open a lot of doors for you going forward. Ultimately, you should pick the firm that you think will offer you the best training experience and where you get on best with the people. It's a first job, and getting the right credentials on your CV is as important as finding the job of your dreams.Good luck in your consulting career!
