I just got a cheque today, its for my time wasted talking to an outsourced provider of insurance. Basically I spent 3 hours of my time talking to some nitwit (Clive was his name) and he was useless. The insurance company had done this to save costs, their costs, not mine.I therefore billed them for my time less the time I accept it takes for a competent person to deal with a simple claim, oh and my lawerys fee for the letter and time to visit said lawyer.Just quite happy about that, and remember it next time BT keeps you on hold for 6 hours of YOUR time to save THEM money.
