No chance even if this was true, which I do agree with, the majority of banks have reduced their intake this year whereas consulting is still slowly increasing.There are more and more quality graduates graduating each year and banks cannot take all of them, I also feel consulting, particularly strategy is still an extremely attractive destination for graduates at this moment in time.I read last year 260,000 students graduated in the UK, albeit the majority are not from top tier institutions, however, there were only 90,000 graduate jobs.
