I have just finshed an MSc. in Occupational Psycholgy having come straight from Sussex University where I got a 2;1 in psychology. Am looking to get into consultancy however my work expereince to date is limited to administrative roles. Can anybody give me any advice about how I might get into the field e.g. what sort of roles i should be applying for and would be able to compete for. Are grad schemes the best bet and will the careers fair be helpful to attend? thanks

also which consultancies/schemes are best as not really interested in IT solutions more change management, organisaitonal development, leadership techniques etc? Many Thanks
