What other telecom consulting firms would people recomend. Both the bigger ones with strong telecom practices and the niche ones who are telecom focussed

From the outside, Deloitte has an excellent Telco practice: lots of higher-value (non SI) and strat projects at top UK and international telcos. Accenture is also very well recognised, but the work is far more technical in nature - long term implementation work in network technologies, billing systems etc.

Ovum do telecoms consultancy and directly compete with Analysys. What level are you interested in?

How does one go about finding a telco billing systems (strategy or business analysis) related position at somewhere like Accenture? I am wanting to move some like there but never see any positions advertised?
