Hello!I am looking for a job in London for more than one month applying via job sites. But I have not yet got any job offer and even have had no interview with agencies.I'm from Russia, I'm 30, I have MBA degree from the Open University (UK). I worked as top-manager in Retail, Telecommunications and Reas Estate fields in Russia (work experience more than 10 years). What is the problem with me?

One month is not a long job search - My last job search took over a year. So it may just be that you need some patience.Aside from that if you want feedback you need to talk to the agents. Find one that can comment on your CV versus the jobs you are applying for. Maybe you are aiming at the wrong type of job or maybe your CV is not pitched appropriately.Job hunting is always tough so best not to take it personally. Need to step back and change your approach if it is not working.
