Hello there,I just have a short question concerning personal career planning.I am with a small management consulting firm in Germany (40 people) doing corporate management consulting (controlling etc.) for about 1,5 years now. Before this I started my career in another small company doing same things but left because lack of personal development opportunities.Today I am not happy with the projects we are managing. 95% are in IT-Sector and Corporate IT doesn´t interest me very much, that I want to become an expert on this.That´s why I want to switch to "Industry" Consulting (automotive, etc.).Is it clever to search a new job now, although I haven´t abide with both employers for a longer time?Does it will damage my career path from HR point of view?Many thanks in advance.rico

...sorry, forgot to tell, that my total work experience is 2,5 years. As a student I worked for a strategy consulting firm in automotive sector which was quiet a good experience and made several internships + graduation in automotive sector...
