during the hr interview wit ACN i revealed my current package .although the basic is less ,i have very good stock options,which makes my package 90k excluding benefits. i have 9+ years of exp and looking for atleast m3 level .iam wondering if ACN match or exceed the total package or do they base the offer on current basic salary.
