Any IBM'ers willing to share the bonus that they received last year.IBM state bonus can be anything from 0-12%. With such a wide range it would be nice to know what people have actually been getting !!!

6%. I guess it is pretty standard. I have found as I get older that bonuses get less and less motivating. I have worked in several companies with varying levels of bonus. It rarely reflects performance; the gap between busting a gut and doing the minimum is small; and in the year you leave you get nothing.

7.5% for 1st yr on the job
