Hi ,I am going for a second round interview with BAH. Can any body give me any insights or views? Advice I received till now is that it is quite a personality kind of interview with weightage on presentation , general knowledge and capability to talk on varying topics.Any help would be greatly appreciated...

If they are doing a personality interview, the key is to demonstrate that you have no personality. Any hint that you are an individual will destroy your chances.
