I went through the whole graduate recruitment process. You don't really need any IT expereince or knowledge at all to get through as it's not a prerequiste. You'll need to be able to justify your reason for wanting to go into It and get accross your enthusiasm. There won't be any specific IT quesitions that you require any knowledge at all for. Just enthusiasm! The one IT question I did get asked was regarding what I thought the next "big" It development would be. Or what would exist in 20 years time that doesn't now and what effect it will have on businesses. I said out life would be controledd by ID crads that could be used for everything, e.g money, book hotel rooms, reserve cinmea seats, pay bills, passport etc etc That's as tricky as it got! From a personal viewpoint you'd be better applying to someone like Deloitte TI consulatncy. Far more personal, similar pay (31K), better prospects and have 21 office locations so more flexibilty in fuutre with regrads to base location if u want.
