There seems to be a lot of negativity about the culture at larger consultancies (IBM, E&Y, ACN); lot of insecurity at PA et al; and MBBB are apparently great as a starting point to go somewhere else.Anyone here who really loves their employer and can recommend it as a long term career?

Maybe The Silence Indicates The Answer To Your Question, "Great Places To Work In Consulting".

Great places to work in consulting...hmm...limited to working from home for me on those rare occasions that I can. Otherwise its in a politically fuelled office or a crappy client site.

Only places that have good reps are Serco and BT, the rest suck.
