Hi All,I've searched the archived threads for "Efficio" which returned absolutely nothing. I'm keen to find out some unbiased information about them. Could anyone help?In particular I'd like to know:- General salary bandings for the different grades, especially someone at Consultant level.- What current employers think of working there.- What people generally think of the company in terms of reputation, culture, quality of people, approach to work/life balance etc.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

from all accounts they are an awesome firm to work for. growing rapidly in Europe, opened a new office in Frankfurt, further expansion already underway, and their offering is extending also further into a wider industry scope.

I don't know the specific answers to your questions, but I did meet the Efficio team at our Careers Fair last year and have also known the HR person there for many years. Seem like a good bunch of people, fast-growing with lots of ambition.Mick did an interview with them last year, could be of interest to those considering this firm:http://www.consultant-news.com/article_display.aspx?p=adp&id=2685Rgds, Tony RestellTop-Consultant.com

You must be joking! You must be absolutely kidding!I interviewed with this jokers in March. First of all, becuase all their meeting rooms (I think 2 in total) were occupied they put me in one of their storage rooms, at the end of their offices, to do their test.A test on spreadsheet that was not clearly explained and not intuitive.I was then interviewed by 2 arrogant punks who had interview techniques of the 80s or of the Metropolitan Police. They thought the best approach to interviewing was by being stern to a candidate or by throwing questions at the candidate and then leaning back in their chair like "that would catch you out". And I thought that interviewing had moved to the level of mutual conversations. I don't know how I kept my professionalism and friendliness throughtout the whole process.I was interview by one Italian punk that claimed to have worked for AT Kearney and the other was one joker that claimed he had been on a major retailer graduate scheme.Upon all, till THIS VERY DAY (5 months later) I have not recieved any feedback or result of the interview day. I never contacted to get it either because I would rather work in McDonalds or be a London bus/tube driver, than work for this guys.Anyway, I now work in Strategy in a US investment bank.

Thanks Tony (and others) for insight - much appreciated.Has anyone got any info on the packages they offer. Is it in line with Big 4? In line with top tier strategy firms? Or in between the two? Thanks again.
