Hi i have a final interview with a partner at BAH to join as an experienced hire at associate level. What shoudl I expect from this? Is it likely to be more of the same, CV case study etc? Is it more a formality thing to see that I fit in etc?

Usually it is more than one partner and interviews will be quite detailed for your domain
