Ok so ive just landed myself a job in strategy consulting at a graduate entry level. I wanted to ask is the recruitment process for experienced hire the same long process as for grads, i.e, cv, psychometric tests, interview, case studies, assessment centre etc etc? Or once you've got a few years experience are these stages cut down for example, assessment centre or verbal and numerical tests. Wondering whether to retain the endless tip,hints, books, etc that Ive collected....
