What makes an employee get an 'exceptional' performance review at Accenture - ie what do these (few and far inbetween) people have that make them stand out from the rest? Is it simply natural talent, or can it be more strategic than this? i.e can you can learn to be exceptional from your employers point of view from the outset - with the correct off the job training etc if you get my meaning.... Any viewpoints would be interesting to read - not just Accenture but anyone who has experience in such rperformance eviews within the Consultancy world
