I am currently a Manager at Accenture in the Human Performance practice. Most of the work I have done has been focused around Government projects...an area that I am keen on.I am looking to move to a smaller firm that focuses on the public sector where I can make a difference. I have spoken to several recruiters and they keep mentioning the BIG 4 or other large consultancies.Does anyone have any recommendations on what niche firms that are hiring? any good recruiters you have worked with?Thanks for your help.Brad
