There's a lot of threads on here about this and that consulting firm not recruiting (PA, EY etc)Are these firms unique in not doing well?Or is it the wider market downturn? Are all consulting firms in the same boat?If not, who is recruiting actively now? And why are they, and why are these others not?

I work in PA's BOP practice. Our utilisation is running at almost 100%, and we are recruiting heavily.

Although firms are reluctant to grow too fast (think about McK a couple of years ago), they are all hiring as far as I know.
