Having intakes of new university graduates tends to be something that the larger consulting firms do to get the necessary scale and billing profile needed to make a large firm work. Kind of - but that guide is meant for experienced hires. If a fresh graduate were to use it as a checklist of firms to approach then they&apos;d find the majority of the firms listed would only be interested in hiring them once they&apos;d got some consulting experience under their belt...
