You could try searching Hobsons for a fairly comprehensive list of graduate employers in consulting (and in other sectors too):http://www.get.hobsons.co.uk/careersSearchHowever I should caution that the majority of smaller consultancies do not hire straight from university. Having intakes of new university graduates tends to be something that the larger consulting firms do to get the necessary scale and billing profile needed to make a large firm work. By contrast, smaller consultancies tend to use the fact that their teams will be comprised of very experienced consultants as a selling point to clients - which obviously isn't compatible with hiring graduates with no experience.Hope this helps anyway and good luckTony RestellTop-Consultant.com

Tony, doesn't the Top-Consultant Guide to Consulting Firms offer exactly that? A guide to smaller consultancies which are often overlooked for applications?

Kind of - but that guide is meant for experienced hires. If a fresh graduate were to use it as a checklist of firms to approach then they'd find the majority of the firms listed would only be interested in hiring them once they'd got some consulting experience under their belt...
