I think your salary bands are all maybe about £5K on the high side.Of course you need to remember that at PA there is also a car allowance which is, depending on grade, between £3 and £6K.There is also the bonus. This depends on performance but for a 'met targets' year, this might be 20%, 'exceeded targets' 30% and 'great year!' 40%. MCs and partners can get way more than this depending on sales etc.
