Hi there, i have just received my offer from accenture as Analyst 2 Human performance. The secound round case study was alot simpler than i expected. It was quite straight forward- i don't know what area you are applying for? When doing a case study it is important to be systematic in your answering. What they are trying to determine is if they could see you sitting infront of an important client and representing the company? Be engaging and ask questions. Remember there is no right answer to case studies- you just need to demonstrate your train of thought..best of luck..its a long process..great feeling when you get the offer..hang in there :)

The case study was to do with competition and a companys place in a particulaR market. Things like culture and change were obvious things that came to light, upon reading the case. The final 121 interview- was probably the least stressful. I met a partner who was extemely friendly and chattty and i really enjoyed the hour i spent talking with her..Best of Luck!
