My Graduate ATP application has cleared the first stage and I am having my telephonic interview on Monday. Can u guide me abt wht will it consist of... anything u can tell me abt this would be really appreciated. Cheers

Used to do telephone interviews for CG so..It's bascially a sound you out session to see if you have a good fit for CG. They will expect yu to be able to talk through your CV, your reasons for why you are talking to CG, and some of your aspirations. It is likley the interviewer will expect that you have done some homework on Cap and know what it is they do and how they go about it.Telephone interviews last about 40 minutes and the interviewer will be taking notes on the other end of the phone so it's up to you to talk clearly and express yourself. It's a set format by the way and you are rated by the interviewer after the call as to whetehr or not they will proceed. Everyone gets the same so it's a reasonably fair process.Tip: do your homework if you are serious and ask questions which relate to things other than what mobile phone you will get....

I was a bit confused about wether it will also involve technical bits and competencies?. As i wasn't able to find about wht competencies they look for but whts their core values are.
