Why take the long route which might not work. If you have been offered a position in ATC already then call HR and request for SITE transfer thats the answer to your second question. SITE is percieved as one of the best parts of ACN in the market meaning it scares the MBBB when it comes to providing IT strategy consulting and thats why MBBB are taking a number of peeps from ACN. Again take what i am saying lightly because is my and few others perception guess someone from McK BTO will say it is better. For sure is a good place to find yourself.
