Hi all, I'm an A1 and been in the job 6 months. I'm faced with 2 options and pondering the pro's and cons of each.On the one hand i want to spend the next 2 years gaining experience in different areas such as functional design, HR, CRM and so on to decide where i want to develop my career but on the other hand i'm conscious i could become a jack of all trades and have no deep skills.I want to be in change management and HR consulting but should i try and go down that route now or is it ok to try a few things out in the analyst years and develope deeper expertise when consultant and above?
