Using my limited knowledge, I'd say it would be difficult to predict, especially seeing as they are somewhat related.CRM - Organisations will always have customers and will seek to offer a unique and/or specialised service.BI - Customers interacting with an organisation will generate data which can be used to provide the unique and/or specialised service.Tough callhttp://corporatewhore.blog.com

Not much in it earnings wise in my opinion. Quite different roles at junior levels though, worth considering. There seems to be a good deal of decent rate contract work around in SAP CRM just at the moment however. I don't believe rates are normally as good in BI roles in general. Check it out though - have a search on Jobserve.

SAP BW (Business Information Warehouse) was largely an SAP reporting solution, but over time has grown to become an open, scaleable Business Intelligence product. So it is BW :)

Why not base your decision on what you're interested in?If you hate it, a few quid extra won't make much difference.
