SaaS - Software as a Service. e.g. Salesforce.com CRM.Some of the major SI and MC players are setting up practices in this space in an attempt to &apos;ride the services wave&apos;. ACN have reportedly invested $450m to build capability.Anybody able to share any good/bad experiences of providing consulting services around these SaaS offerings?

I just attended the first "Consulting" symposium in India and they talked about SaaS. The main take away was SMB (Small Medium Businesses) in India will be a big market.Saibal Senwww.zenesys.in
