This is reasonable if they give you good benefits and job security.Generally, you should not take the first offer unless you are at the top of the range.

As a rough guide, 9 year + consulting experience in consulting is 70K + bens. 9 year + industry experience is worth 50k + bens.This is just a rough guide but all this info. is available on this forum!
