How does people recruited by BTO differ from more "general" hires at McK? What kind of background do BTO recruits generally have?For a person with an academic background in BA and CS, would you say it´s harder or easier to get a position at BTO, compared to an "ordinary" one?Thanks.

The recruitment process is EXACTLY the same for BTO and non-BTO candidates. I only met BTO people during the 2'nd round interviews and even then the cases did not have a very strong IT slant at all.

Any idea about the final round interview with BTO? I understand it'll be with partners and would like to see if we'll be given chance to design the IT architecture or IT organization in the case.Thanks!
